By integrating all of these elements, Kundalini Yoga practitioners are able to tap into their inner strength and release their true potential.

In addition to teaching Kundalini Yoga, Liv’ has over twenty years of experience as a physical trainer. This expertise allows her to incorporate a wide range of movement modalities into her teaching, such as Pilates, fascia workouts, core workouts and aerial yoga in a sling.

This diverse approach ensures that her students receive a comprehensive and balanced practice that addresses all aspects of their physical and mental well-being.
