RESERVATION POLICY
- A deposit of 30% of the total reservation cost is required to secure the booking.
- The remaining 70% is due upon check-in.
- Guests are required to present a valid ID and credit card upon check-in. The credit card will be authorized for any incidental charges incurred during the stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the check-in date will receive a 90% refund. We will deduct 10% of total charge for processing fees (minus service fees)
- Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. (minus service fees)
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.
- Modifications to the reservation can be made up to 7 days before the check-in date, subject to availability.
- In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
- Pura Selva reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or technical issues.
